Our committee works to recruit, retain and educate a qualified workforce of healthcare professionals in the Fort Drum region. To continue building this workforce, we position our healthcare system as the ideal place for local students, interns, and established professionals to grow their careers. Both short- and long-term recruitment, retention, and educational objectives are established. Then, we join forces with our committee partners to make our goals into reality.
