Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO), Adirondack Health Institute (AHI), and the North Country Digital Inclusion Coalition (NCIDC) are partnering on North Country Connect-to-Tech (NC2T), an initiative supported by New York State’s ConnectALL Digital Equity Program Capacity Grant.

 

NC2T will help residents across Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties access reliable internet, devices, technical support, and digital skills needed for healthcare, education, employment, and everyday connection.

 

Through regional partnerships and trusted local support, the initiative will expand digital literacy, connect residents with resources, and strengthen digital equity across Northern New York.
