The Spring Fling EMS Conference celebrated a major milestone in 2026 - 25 years of supporting and strengthening emergency medical services across the North Country and New York State.

 

The 2026 Spring Fling Conference was held April 16–18 at the Edgewood Resort & Conference Center in Alexandria Bay, bringing together EMS professionals for three days of high-quality education, hands-on training, and professional recognition.​
