The 24th Annual Spring Fling EMS Conference will be held April 16 – 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Edgewood Resort & Conference Center in Alexandria Bay, New York.

 

We anticipate this year’s conference will draw over 200 EMS providers on Thursday and Friday, and over 300 EMS providers on Saturday from across New York State, representing all levels of EMTs. To enhance both your experience and that of our attendees, we are again offering multiple sponsorship levels in addition to our standard exhibitor package, providing increased visibility and engagement opportunities.
