RECRUITMENT & RETENTION
The Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization’s EMS Program Agency is committed to strengthening the emergency medical services workforce. Recruitment and retention are at the core of that mission. Our region depends on dedicated EMS professionals – career and volunteer alike – who ensure rapid, high‑quality care when it matters most. This section outlines how we support agencies in building a resilient workforce, from expanding the pipeline of new providers to sustaining the people who already serve our communities.
