Clarkson University is offering a new EMT course from January 12 to April 25, giving future first responders the skills and knowledge they need to begin a rewarding career in emergency medical services. Classes will be held at Clarkson Hall, 59 Main St., Potsdam, with sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 – 9 p.m. and just four Saturday mornings.
The course fee is $1,050, which includes the textbook, a vital signs kit, and uniform shirts. Scholarship opportunities are available, making this a great time to start your EMT journey. Seating is limited, and registration and payment are due by December 31, 2025 (pending DOH approval).
