The University of New Hampshire Project ECHO & MCD's Collaborative for Advancing Rural Excellence & Equity (CARE2) will present a webinar, "Substance Use Disorder (SUD) ECHO: Integrated Approaches to Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health".
Students, nurses, pharmacists, peer recovery organizations, emergency responders, prescribers, and allied health (social work, OTs, behavioral health) professionals in rural ME, NH, VT, and NY who want to learn more about co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders (SUDs) are encouraged to register for the biweekly sessions via ZOOM.
Topics covered will include: Foundations of co-occurring SUD and Mental Health, The Brain: Addiction and Mental Health, Grief and Loss due to Overdose and Suicide, Caring for Each Other in the Workplace.
